Forgot him. <ok>

I'll just add that I only heard my dad and uncle Jim raving about Danny Malloy - for any older Jocks you'll have to ask Masky...........<laugh>

I never saw Danny Malloy play, bit of a toughie I understand, but Frank Rankmore and Don Murray followed him! What about Don Cowie and that guy who went to Middlesbrough and Man Utd, name escapes me?

The right back who played for us about 12 or 13 years ago. Bit of a loose cannon but never afraid to get stuck in. Can't remember his name.

The list goes on.

We may not think much of the Scottish leagues but their players have served us well. Without exception they were not frightened of putting their foot/head in and doing whatever was needed.

I see Giles has finally signed for Hull. I like Rosenior - lets face it he was the brains behind Rooney at Derby.

They could be strong contenders for a playoff spot especially the way they demolished us up there.

I said that at the start of the season. His training regime is spot on and the players’ fitness levels are superb.

If Rosenior ever becomes available I woud have him down here, subject to there being a vacancy of course.

One that might have got away?

Personally I wouldn't be that worried - seemed like a bit of a pension signing to me............

At 33 not one for the future. This season and not much more. If a plane ticket was the difference that says a lot about him. I'm not sure us and plane tickets would be a good idea anyway. <whistle>

At 24 Turnbull has his career in front of him. Should be a much better signing, I hope.

And for a short while, Ross McCormack the last player to score a championship goal at Ninian Park

If he’d potted a penalty in that horrific last ever game at NP v Ipswich and even if we’d lost we’d have gone into the play offs (& irrespective of losing the last game at Sheff Wed) on goal difference.
He I recall also missed a spot kick in our mauling by Preston - so either one of those penalties goes in we’d have been 6th<doh><doh>
