David Long says "everything has been a blur" since he picked up his second £1m prize - and a car - on the lottery.

A couple from Scunthorpe have scooped £1m on the EuroMillions - their second big lottery win.

David and Kathleen Long said they "just can't believe it" after beating odds of more than 283 billion to one to add to the £1m prize they picked up in 2013.

Man wins lotto for the fourth time

In a remarkable chance of fate, an American man has won the lottery for the fourth time in 23 years.

Pennsylvania man Mike Luciano, 55, has now won a combined total of US$4.6 million from the games.

The Centre Daily Times reported he won the $1 million prize on January 6 after purchasing a $US20 ticket.

In January 2021, Mr Luciano won $500,000. He also won $3 million in 2016 and $100,000 in 1999, meaning he has won nearly $5 million in total.
