As I said before, I expect the lad just wants a new challenge closer to home now he’s successfully set up the way we work. It’s a good opportunity to bring fresh views in.

Sorry mate, badly worded my post. Essentially I’m saying it has no big impact on what we are trying to do. James has done a fantastic job in setting everything up - to the point where we maybe didn’t even need a replacement. I’m pleased we’re bringing on in though. His move does not concern me at all, wish him the best of luck.
