While he wasn't massively successful at Accrington I'm quite happy with this. It shows we're trying to improve in all areas of the club and personally I can't see Curt and O'Leary being at the forefront of football coaching philosophy

In all fairness he did what was asked of him at AS that is keep them in the league, Monk knows him since their Southampton days, another young coach desperate to prove himself, I say it works all round.

What a good move by monk to get a forward coach of his caliber to join and improve the swans coaching staff.......Brilliant.....<ok>
 
This is really good news along with gower we are getting a core of young coaches to project our way of playing excellent news well done the club as a whole.
