And Mr Hat. Recurring is not as funny as he thinks he is.
I have no idea why his helpers aren't keeping him away from the computers at his facility?

He does it to get a reaction, not because he thinks he's funny.

I assume so anyway..

I reckon give it a week and he'll have a thread up calling for Silva to be sacked.

I don't post this to get a reaction or to be funny.

I posted it to point out the absurdity of the absolute bollocks some people split about Marshall. Jak was indeed guilty of everything Marshall has been lambasted for in a single game tonight (save for one, not saving a penalty - yes, you know who you are, you blamed Marshall for conceding a ****ing penalty).

Sadly, as I suspected, some of you are just too ****ing stupid to see wood for the trees.

Care to point out the average for goals conceded by the two players?

Me too. I'd prefer a coach/manager and 10 other players who'd protect a keeper far better.

Of course, but Marshall has had better defences (Maguire-Dawson-Davies + Robbo-Elmo) in front of him than Jak has at times (Davies-Livermore + Elmo-Robbo; or Hudd-Jake-Robbo-Meyler) and Jak has still done better. TWT and it looks like Marshall will start on the weekend, so I'm expecting an exquisite clean sheet from Marshall now that he finally has a good manager. :)

That says it all.Sadly the new manager has a few selection problems at the back at the moment...he has to convince the midfield & defense to trust the #1
We'll see ?

I think they are of similar ability and each have their own faults.
The difference we see is their personalities. One seems mega enthusiastic and vocal and the other isn't.
The manager sees them in a different environment on the training pitch.

IMO there is very little between the 2 keepers, and I am happy for either of them to be in goal. It just comes down to personal preference, but at the end of the day I feel we have 3 good keepers on our books.

All I will say is that frankly buying Marshall when we had a limited budget, and needed strengthening in other areas seems a very strange decision, which is now coming home to roost with shortage of out field players..
