Monk needs to have a word with Shelvey about him persistently trying to knock the ball over the top, straight down the middle. This is bread and butter for defenders and its giving away possession very cheaply.

I'd take him off and put Dyer on tbh. We are far too slow on the left flank.

If Gomis does stay we still need to sign a Mitrovic this summer. We need two top quality strikers in our squad, as no disrespect to Emnes/Oliveira, their not good enough.

No strikers on the bench, surely Olivero or Gorre should have been there at least.

Need some tactical genius to get anything from this game now.
 
This is very hard to watch. It lookes like we're down to 10 men. Every time the ball goes forward there's nobody there. I feel sorry for Shelvey, he's clearly frustrated by the lack of support from the team.

Come on Swans ! Let's get the winner. Lawrenson will be right if it stays this way, and we can't have that.
