On Signal 1.. Mickey Pejic is just as bad as Jackie Marsh, both great player's but he's clueless just like Shotton. TONY get that lad OFF the pitch before he is sent off.

Almost fell asleep listening. We're giving the ball away? NO width? NO pace re Jerome? What's new pussycat. I can see Palace nicking this.
As I (edit) this, OWEN comes off and kightly off for Jerome.. and Adam. <ok>
 
Why is everyone slagging off the people commentating on Stoke games?, I would love ANYONE to commentate on any Stoke game.............., why does everyone think that the camera always points to the corner of the ground where people are climbing the tree?, thats right because the game is so dull. There is nothing to discuss when Stoke are playing but the same old stuff, yes we hoof it and yes we cant pass it...................are we the worst team in the prem?, after watching lots of games..........yes we are!!

Jackie marshs football exploits from yesteryear are not in question ... but to hear repeatedly LIKE and ER are a bit embarrassin even for him if he has been taped ?

as for stoke being the worst prem team is just plain ridiculous .....
to me that is a very strange comment indeed
5 yrs in not 25 we have a team that competes with the top teams at this level and does not let us down
the revolving door of players is constant to make us better by the year which is no gimme at this level !
boring , dull u been to any games recently or is it the cameras that u are watching ?
today we got a draw away at palace who r going well at top end of champ ... what wud of been said had we lost ?
SSN wud of told ya it wud of been repeatedly shown wait for it PREM team goes out at first round !!
just as Newcastle are getting crucified right now !

Well, as I no longer travel to away games mate I usually listen via Radio Stoke and yes, I am sick of Jackie Marsh just saying "Like" and indeed "uh". When Denis the Legend Smith joins the team. Nigel Johnson and Co he is brilliant. Today? I could not tune into R Stoke so listened via Signal 1. TBH Mickey Pejic was better, but not much better. As for the result, it's a draw I would have been happy with before the game so well done the lads. Was it a good game to watch? Is not the topic of this thread Ric. And, I've not seen any highlights due to visitors calling unexpectedly. Looking forward to other Stokie's views.

Yes I was there yesterday and not a very good game TBH. Owen did not really show very much and I think he was asked to play behiond Crouch, As a result when the ball was knoocked up to him Owen was nowhere close enough. Two real chances to win it with Crouch feeding off an Owen flick and miscuing wide of the right hand post and Jerome shooting wide when he should have done better. Also baffled with ref why he did not send off a Palace player for a very nasty tackle on Walters, Await draw later today.

The playing surface did not really suit our passing game!

Cheers and please remember we have probably not turned up on 4 occasions so far this season!
