in my view kj loan and buy's have not been good...s malone pony beevers a couple of good 1s then a lot of bad games...feeney not good...hulse plodder tyson injury prone ... .. ...osbourne..iffy defender...got g saville in and does not play him...played ofobe out on the wing when he is a striker....let henderson go...wood we know about..he was ready to sign for us ...but blame his old man for that ..went their for 30.000 grand a week..but hey ho another ****e club in debt big time and not going up and 1 of the worst playing marquess up front ..that is my view so far ..he blamed the forwards for not scoreing yet he got them in...as of chaplow and easter give him credit for that we needed another midfield player with a bit of nous..but i have to say most wall supporters thought f--k easter ...lets hope he does the job and keeps scoreing for us...

got us to the playoff final which we lost to scunny. got us back again the following season which we won.(look what happened to swindon after they lost to us) Kept us in the championship,and is taking us to Wembley for an FA.Cup. semi final,,,Dont know why but i kinda get the feeling he is doing something right

But hoping Lowry and ****tu are our main strike pairing is a bit much mighty , we've still got a poor strike force for the wembley semi final, think Wigan will to too strong in that department for us to cope

But on the other side of this you've got Lowry, ****tu, Adam Smith (certainly put a rocket up Dunney's arse), Henry, Morison, Forde.

Kane and Wood were excellent - he cannot be blamed for losing either of them.

He has to wheel and deal - and sometimes he strikes gold but other times it's not going to work out. It's like any ratio. Look at the number who have gone on to do well elsewhere. What doesn't help KJ is Aldo telegraphing ahead who is coming in (he missed Chaplow). KJ likes to do his business in secret and we can then only support the guys on the pitch. Knocking them before they've kicked a ball for us is not clever.

Disagree on Beevers - and the other thing is players have good periods and bad. Look at Keogh - top notch before Xmas - in the wilderness a bit at present - but he'll probably come back for us.

That's life - Dunne and Forde are another couple of examples.

And as for blaming forwards - I think he needs to blame people - even if he chose them. Shape up - or ship out.

i know kane and wood were good...beevers no..our defence without ****tu is not good..ie the shambles against pboro and wolves...our defence was bad last season and not very good this..a smith every tie over dunne .but did well in the games against blackburn...and our home form is shocking as well ...we win a couple of more h games we should be ok.but easier said then done....

I never disliked Jack Smith, but was never a big fan.....until lately !! Last couple of games, esp Blackburn at home he was immense. KJ has a way to use players to their strengths and in all fairness on his budget and size of our club who'd do better or anywhere near as good ? It's not just money it's attracting players to Millwall as a club...we're not exactly kings road flair.

Jack Smith has always given his all for this club.Iv always rated him as a player and agree he is getting stronger

probably our most underated player..
