Not sure why he should stop tweeting. Wilshere like i said before does loads of good things on twitter. Also you do not know the guy personally to make a judgement on if he is a good guy or not. You could point to the fights and stuff but i have also shown the things he does for Jack Marshall. But because he does that i am not going to call him a good guy and paint him as an angel. I have no idea what he is like as a person.
Like i said before you can only give him the chance to cut all that stuff out before its too late. He is a 19 year kid who is still growing. You would hope that once he gets older and maybe gets a family all that stuff will be in the past.
You can't say Scunthrope on here if the swearing censorship is on! Craig Bellamy has his own charity in Sierra Leone, which he's donated over £650,000 to. Joey Barton is a patron of the Tamsin Gulvin Fund, a charity set up to support people who have addiction problems and no financial support. He was given the role by Tony Adams.
You say you have no idea what he is like as a person yet you're standing up for him - does that come across as somewhat stupid? ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- No i said i can go on the other side and make him out to be a good guy but i won't. Since this whole article is looking at the entire wrongs of Wilshere, i thought why not try and say some of the good things he has done. But at the same time i have told you that he has been a prick off the pitch and at times comes across as a bit thick. But i am going to let the 19 year old be able to grow before drawing to all sorts of conclusions about him.
And there where and will always be 19 years old who makes mistakes when they where young but learn from it when they get older and put that stuff in the past.
So you would hope that when he does indeed become a father he might find that extra responsibility you tend to get when you become a father.
Whether he's a wonderful bloke or a total bellend is neither here nor there on his comments about loyalty, in my opinion. He's made a comment about Modric looking to further his career one minute and then a totally contradictory one about club loyalty the next. That's hypocrisy and anyone getting defensive about him has to admit that.
Wilshere does seem a bit thick ala Rooney off the field. On interviews and sometimes on twitter he show that a lot. Was his point about Modric intended to wind up Spurs fans? Probably.
Let's just say that he's either a drunken, thuggish, Yob, or he does an absolutely perfect impression of one. In short, if you behave like a total ****, you can hardly be surprised if people think you ARE a total ****!
That hardly matters. What does is what he is like as a father when he does indeed become one this year.
Yeah lets hope his kid will go through his entire life without ever making a mistake. Beecause god help the kid if he becomes a footballer like his dad because if he did make mistakes then he will analysed, judged and scrutinised by people who no doubt have never made a mistake.
Are you so naive that to think that he'll actually be there as a father to the child --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- And are you that biased against Arsenal and its players to think otherwise?
Making a mistake is fine. Everybody does it. People with character own up to them and learn from them. So far, Wilshere has repeated his and denied responsibility for them publicly, while admitting culpability to the police. That's not encouraging behaviour, though he is young and may learn through his experiences, as it appears Barton has. Wenger sent him to Bolton for a reason.
Very good. King went out and started a fight with a doorman and was said to have used racist words against that doorman, and then was arrested. But depsite that mistake he shown that he is a great dad. So your BS about me being navie to think Wilshere will not be there for his son was exactly that, BS. Also when King got nicked he was 30 years old and Wilshere was 18. Hmmm.
Wilshere is yet another example of this wonderful modern football culture, that mixes shed loads of cash, with handfulls of brain cells. Hopefully, from the Goons, and Englands' point of view, he will grow up. But, as has been pointed out, Barton is 31 and still is struggling with the process.
