Portsmouth are quickly going down hill with regards to their transfer policy. They're losing some of their best players by not offering enough in wages and then think making a derisory offer like this is good business? Rumours were that we turned down a £1m from Reading in January, not sure how they think we would even contemplate £200k. Owned by the ex Disney CEO, certainly looking like a Mickey Mouse outfit at the moment.
