A good business move by both Gills and Jack the lad. If he does move, we both gain.........I wish more players would show similar loyalty and faith in the team and management that have given them the chance in professional football.
 
I think he is great, our best player in my eyes, people may disagree, but we look weak without him, top professional, like Hess was.

To be honest I don't really mind how much, as when (let's be realistic and look on this as ultimately inevitable) he does move on he'll probably be worth considerably more than in, say, January, and even if he get's a larger percentage than whatever is usual, Gills would still get a larger sum.

And I wouldn't begrudge him any higher percentage. He deserves it for his loyalty.
 
great signing him up, if we don t go up this season i am sure he will leave but at least we should get a good fee for him

I entirely agree. I should have clarified your sentiments in my post. I can see Jack turning out to be our next Matt Jarvis.
