I predict a massive outbreak of comments in the vein of "Finest journalist of his generation", "A giant of the Mainsteam Media", "A Modern day Hugh McIlvaney", "The Hemingway of Sports Journalism" ad nauseum. He will aslo be held up as a paragon of vrtue, a man who was not prepared to watch ANY Scottish club be villified. Even his beloved Airdrie, although he has always been mysteriously mute regarding them.
Chick Young will be beeling at missing out on this gig. I suppose the moral of the story is, if you are a worthless arse kissing hack who is willing to betray his very profession by perpetrating a blatantly one sided view of Scottish Football, all the while pretending to be a "neutral", then you had better well do it in massive brushstrokes that leave no doubts as to your true allegiance. Take heed Chick, Darrell, Daryl, Keef, and others.

Worked up? Not a bit of it, it's just that some of us have been saying for years that Jabba was a Gers propagandist and now we have been proved to have been correct all along despite the usual claims over our states of mind. Yep, paranoid I have been called for calling into question Jabba's journalistic ethics.
So do you think it makes me angry to have been proved right?
