Unfortunately football is now big business and no longer a sport, not sure punishing Leeds would make any difference unless the punishment was a deduction of points and that punishes the innocent EG the Leeds supporters
What's the difference between sending someone to watch the opposition train or sending someone to watch from the stands in the match before yours ?
Possibly tactics Delsy the team being watched might have a different way of approaching the match than the one before
