It's the kind of thing that Adel Taarabt would do....

    Milan 1-0 Catania

Fourth consecutive victory although they were poor and suffered even when Catania went down to 10 men. As the italian commentators said when Taarabt doesn't turn it on Milan suffer as a whole. Probably man of the match again, certainly the the most technical player on the pitch with some superb nutmegs and close control. Set Balotelli (who had a poor game) up with a fairly easy chance with less than 5 to go but Balotelli shot wildly over.

Always a great pleasure to see a Rangers' legend running the game for one of Europe's giants.

That mentality is very unusual to me, I have to be honest. When I see a player who couldn't hit a barn door with a banjo for us, go and turn it on elsewhere, it annoys me no end!

Some guys were saying that Stephane Mbia is running the show for Seville in the Spanish Primera and Europa League and far from being pleasurable, its bloody frustrating as far as I'm concerned.

    Is that a fact.
Ive worked with many diffrent nationalities and i cant fully agree with that.
i have yet to meet a race of people who can speak as many diffrent languages as Aficans. Every one i have worked with can speak at least 5 diffrent languages including dutch, italian, french & English.
years ago in the Uk when our work force was larglely Asian (Indian etc not Korean etc) many of the ladies and men spoke possibly 2-3 languages. The Africans i worked with (prior to leaving the UK) all spoke many more diffrent languages.
i dont know how or why and maybe its just a product of who happened to be running thier country at the time.

As for the Adel posts, probably best i dont comment except to say, please dont throw away the term "Rangers Legend"<ok>

What is that supposed to mean? I thought racial slurs were banned from this board.

ARE YOU ACCUSING ME OF BEING RACIST ? With absolutely NO evidence or reason what-so-ever.?

If you are, could you please explain to me and the entire board your basis for this?
I'd be insulted if it wasnt so comical....and people say i post s**t. You've out done yourself there mate ,doh>

READ THE FIRST SENTENCE AGAIN PLEASE.

I was asking you if thats true. I dont know what language the largest country in africa speaks? and just because the largest country speak a language, it does not there fore mean they outnumber the combined rest of Africa.

I can only speak from personal experience and to state that "arabic speakers are advantaged in learning other languages" quite an astonishing fact to quote.

I'd personally stay away from claiming whole nations are advantaged or dis-advantaged. A bloke did that once in Germany & It didnt turn out to well <ok>

Since when are Muslims a race, ffs?

Apart from the fact there is only one race the human race, religious belief has zero to do with ethnicity. Before you start slagging me off as a Nazi look at the appalling conditions the indigenous people of your adopted country live in. Life expetancy, education, health and 14 times more likely to be imprisoned.

    Get a ****ing grip, ffs.

So firstly please explain by calling me as Islamaphobe. What exactly did you mean by that.

Secondly, i am VARY aware of the injustice and atrocities carried out on the indigenous people of this country. It is ingrained in Australian society but very slowly being erradicated by education, community projects AND in large influx of "non-white" immigrants to this country. it wont go away overnight but progress is being made..Slowly. (Thats not to say that the "white" immigrants are not helping also )
i can lecture you on it if you really want to be bored, but i wont waste others time.
What i dont understand is WTF that subject has to do with you calling me as islamaphobe.
Are you saying it wasnt a "bigoted" remark?

Stop trying to back track and make smoke screens and just answer the simple question.

I still find your origional statement to be quite asstounding TBh and have read nothing (except your opinion) to support it.
It MAY be correct, then again it could be crap. <ok>

. The official language of Nigeria, English, the former colonial language, was chosen to facilitate the cultural and linguistic unity of the country.
the official language of Algeria since 1963 is Arabic.not sure what it was pre 1963

French and Arabic under French colonialism.. Algeria is the second Francophone country in the world I believe.

****ing fed up with the bigotry shown against Taarabt, without him would we have got to the PL when we did. I think not, he was Championship player of the year and his goals and play were fundemental to our season.

So he was crap in the PL, hardly surprising in a team made up of Championship palyers and overpaid has-beens. Put him in a a poor Milan team and he's virtually running the show, as the italian commentary said last night when he fades out of the match so do Milan as a whole.

Yes, Queenslander, I do not trust your motivation. The "I'm Black so can't be racist" line that's bollocks which doesn't need any explanation. Apart from present day tensions in Mali, Mauritania, Senegal and the Sahel in general there's Idi Amin's Uganda as the best known example. And yes, I have lived in Africa and my family through marriage was born there.

Imaz, to be fair you've accused people of being Islamaphobes three times on this thread, twice because they've voiced an opinion on a player who happens to be Muslim.

You're paranoid mate. You're the only one that chucks accusations like that around on here. Ask yourself why?

You my friend really do live in a very sad and deluded place...WTF is going on in your head.

If I'm anti Muslim how would i have lasted gowing up the vast Majority of my life in Southall (Think there may have been a few muslims there). I probably wouldnt have lasted long and my family still olive there today. The chances of me being Anti-Muslim are Zero & i find it offensive to be accussed of that.

To say i dont like Adel because he is a Muslin is just ****ing ignorant and a disgrace. I have never even commented on his religion. Why should I? its got nothing to do with how or where he plays football.
I grew up surrounded by many asian families and lived and stood up for then all my life.
The people that used to cause us problems were those like yourself, from both sides who make ridiculous unsubstantiated accusations to justify their own prejudices.

IF there is any one person on this thread (or site for that matter) that is racist, then i believe it is you IMAZ. Its comments like yours that set us back years !
Sort yourself out FFS i'll have that appology now thanks <ok>

Credit where its due. At least you're being honest. None of the other Adel worshippers will admit to that fact.

I readily admit that he was outstanding in our Championship season. Best player in the league that year, no question.

Its probably best we leave it at that mate.

Can't agree that he was crap in the PL. I would rate his overall performance in the games that I saw as 6/10. 6/10 being fair or average. To say he was crap is a nonsense. He had some crap games certainly.

I think everyone has had plenty of time to say what they always say about Taarabt and some have said far too much.

I can't see any Islamaphobic comments. Should anyone think otherwise please PM me with the post number and exactly what their complaint is.
