It's the kind of thing that Adel Taarabt would do....

If we had a different manager, he'd be playing for us now and we'd be promoted.

Said it before - Will say it again, why cant you guys let us have our memories in peace? It is continuously the "Haters" that have to bring him up - Is it because you're just so bored with what is going onat our club and you just feel so devoid of passion and lack any association with it at the moment?

Now to answer what you painfully purport to be fact, and I've got to say, I'm surprised at you and Swords for not letting this go -

I'm watching yesterday's AC Milan game. I can't stand Italian football. I'm only watching to see how Taarabt gets on but I might switch it off. It makes me actually like our referees.

Anyway, Taarabt scored a good goal.

Exactly. If we had said at the start of the year, Adel as you rightly believe you are a very good player and so for that reason we are putting a value on you of say £8 million. If someone pays it you can go if not your here, and once again your our star player and will get us promoted by scoring goals and setting up Charlie while the others do the donkey work. But if someone puts the money up then off you go. The money wouldnt have appeared at that time and we would have had promotion season repeat

But Queenie doesn’t let facts get in the way of a good story- he creates his own and Adel cant get a game anywhere.

Queensworld:
-AC Milan are just his last choice after a selection of premier league clubs turn him down.

- Teams already have 25 players in the squad: ignored, teams already have a player of that type : ignored, teams wage budget means they don’t want a player of that role in January as funds are finite: ignored , teams already have season 2 season long loans so he cant sign for remainder of season: ignored.

- Can play alongside Ballotelli and Kaka on his Champions League debut (highest level of club football) against one of the best teams in world football at the moment and is the teams best player gifting Kaka an absolute sitter (he missed) to take the lead: ignored. He takes a career progressing move by signing for a bigger club and in a top league (Napoli, Juventus, Roma are very good teams at any level) : ignored

Queens thinks that experienced managers know best (Harry Redknapp) and inexperienced manager (Seedorf) knows nothing.

If you STILL cant see that Seedorf has got it right and Harry has got it wrong then you’re either lying or not very clever

Where do i start with this clowns post.

I have always said Adel had a great season 3 years ago but that si t

So Damage, why didnt SAF, Moyes, Martinez, Big sam , hughes, Ollie or any other manager pick him up..

Simple yes or No..Are you and his disciples telling us (that can see the obvious) the you know better than every other Prem league team manager?
Dont bottle out and pretend you aint read this along with Col, Roller and his other lovers..

WHY DID NO OTHER PREM TEAM TAKE HIM ON?
WHY DID NO EXPERIENCE MANAGER TAKE HIM ON?
WHY DID....cant be bothered..you get the point

NOW..Im 100% CONVINCED YOU WILL READ THIS PD, COL, ROLLER... so if i dont get an aswer it means you are scared to admit the truth..

Why couldnt he cut it in the prem..is it because he can only play "italian football"...

What a bunch of clowns..the replies to this (if they ahve enough balls) Should be absolutely hillarious..Oh yeah..well done AT on your goal..even Ephraim scored didnt he..

FFS, what are you on about? Taarabt is doing very well at one of Italy's major clubs, probably one of the top three historically together with Juventus and Inter and certainly one of the top ten in Europe. He's consistently one of Milan's better players and on a few occasions like this last game he was the outright best.

If he's good enough for them he's more than good enough for us or for Fulham. In all probability Taarabt had enough of english football and England in general. Although it's hard being Moroccan in Italy where the very word is an insult used against Arabs in general italian football seems to suit him nicely. Slower pace, more time on the ball, more creative players so it's not all for him to do himself and of course the food.

So what's your problem with him or can't you say because it would be...?

WHY DID NO OTHER PREM TEAM TAKE HIM ON?- Because Seedorf at AC Milan did

WHY DID NO EXPERIENCE MANAGER TAKE HIM ON? Because Seedorf at AC Milan did

Anyway I’ve answered the subject of him not being signed by others in my last post. It’s such a broad question you need a level of intelligence to participate in a debate and you seem to be lacking that. Firstly you can’t be unreasonable and expect us to explain why each individual manager didn’t sign him and secondly it is irrelevant. You haven’t explained why there is a need for him to sign for another premier league club. Because it’s all a smoke screen as you don’t really have a point and are trying to get off topic.

A premier league manager signed him in the last transfer window. (But don’t be unreasonable and go off topic and expect us to deconstruct the Fulham problems and his time there in an unbalanced team where during Martin Jols time Aaron Hughes regularly got a game so they were never going to do that well).

Then AC Milan signed him in this window.

Don’t forget we are discussing a QPR player here. If David Moyes wants to go off and sign a European and World Cup winner for £$0m instead I’m not sure how that can be used as a criticism.

My argument /point is that he is class player who can score and create goals in abundance and we should have appreciated him while he was here and kept him unless selling for an acceptable amount of cash this year.

My point is that there is no way we should have allowed him to leave when in his place we bring in a fatter, lazier, less able player in Kranjcar to replace him. We also have to put up with Will Keane, Maiga, Bobby Zamora and Andy ‘No goals’ Johnson instead of him and you still cant accept it. You were wrong!!

Experienced Redknapp let him go in the summer and inexperienced Seedorf signed him in January. Again you are wrong the inexperienced one has clearly made the right decision

So forget your contructed idea that the barometer is whether a premier league manager signs him or not. They didn’t so move on.

But answer us why we are better off with Krancjar (on loan), Will Keane, Maiga, Bobby Zamora or Andy ‘No goals’ Johnson?

I think we would of scored more goals.
But I also think we would of conceded more and we would have an unhappier changing room.

Rubbish.

Milan are head and shoulders above Inter in terms of Serie A and Europe, and wipe the floor with Juve (and everyone else except Real Madrid) in terms of European Cup/CL. ;)

I may be biased though........

Surely not!

Where would you place QPR as an Italian club? I would equate us to a Lecce (bit optimistic) or a Cesena or maybe Venezia based on our seasons in the top flight... No real equivalent as Rome only has two major clubs, don't even know the names of the others and they're all below C2 or whatever that's called now probably.

I can't believe this thread actually turned in to an argument. I'd have thought this would be buried underneath a load of other threads about how **** Redknapp is.

Well sorry mate but my opinion of your's on this subject is that you haven't a Scooby Doo!!
Whether you like it or not Taraabt is in the anals of our history and as a positive. Every single other Person currently at our club will go down as either a mercenary, talentless, clueless or simply couldn't give a toss - and I do include Hill in that as he was one of the gang that didn't exactly promote harmony last year.
So absolutely EVERYONE, we are a joke of a club that lost it's soul an awful long time ago - and as I stated previously - haven't we done this to death?
You guys are beginning to look just a tad like Souther State lynch mob - no what I mean by that?

Queens.........you've been getting away with this for long enough!

You've always said, as has Swords, that Taarabt wasn't up to playing at the highest level. I know you've tried to wriggle out of that lately by saying that he couldn't play in the Premier League, but maybe the Italian league would suit him etc etc.

Come on mate. It takes a big man to admit he was wrong.

Taarabt is playing well in a top league with a top European side (not as great as they were, but still have a lot of class players). If I'd said to you last year that Taarabt would be playing for Milan, scoring and making goals and playing well, you would have ridiculed me.

Just admit that you've been wrong about him and we can all move on
. <ok>
