right the season starts now. 21 points to play for, 18 needed. must be a 6 pointer easter or else. our disciplne needs attention
there are a few crackerjack games between now anthe end of the season 9/4/12 oxon v gulls 14/4/12 gulls v southend 21.4.12 gills v swindon 28.4.12 oxon v southend 28.4.12 gulls v crewe crawley seem to have an easier run in, and hopefully a few of the above may slow the competition down.
not queete so teet at the top. swindin won 2-0 at barnet and go 5 points clear with a game in hand. all to play for below swindon
southend v torquay will be a crucial result, the problem at the moment we, dont know how it will effect us!!...
hopefully a lot of clubs like gulls, creepies and southend may knock each other sideways whilst shrews make hay when the sun shines. oh please make it happen that way. floreat salopia!
startling news. shrews will not be promoted as champions, but we have an excellent chance of being runners up, briefly town were in second place this afternoon but 10 man gulls scored a late equaliser. this week ------------ sat 14.4.12 creepies v wombles shrews v millers swindon v argyle gulls v southend tuesday 17.4.12 ---------------- shots v swindon creepies v cobblers shrews v vale friday 20.4.12 ---------------------- southend v barnet so after a bumper easter 6 pointer shrews just need to keep winning allowing others to lose their heads. it is useful having a game in hand on gulls. thank goodness we have lads at the back who can score the odd goal. it would be nice to have a few more goals from up front, still as long as town keep winning who is counting. well played shrews, floreat salopia
ah but will town still be undefeated at home by then. i shall be glad once the millers and vale's games are behind us
tuesday and friday nights may tell shrews how much more there is to do. tues. shots v rotties creeps v cobblers shrews v vale, weather, firebrigade, sprinkler system, floodlights permotting fri sarfend v barnet it is rumoured uncle rowland may be taking a bottle of vintage port on the coach on saturday. the lithuanian sparkling port is to be left at home
just thinking the unthinkable but with rotties bottling it at shots, could town go up as champions with 93 points. just a thought. coys, bots aab, fs ctrab
of the 3 clubs competing for 3rd place, sarfend emerge as favourites. home to maccs, hereford to take the shine of torquay and lord knows what will happen to money bags creepies
