Yeah, my Irish granny's side used to mutter something about that. Used to think 'Pretty ****e spirits if they're scared of a candle in a carved-out root vegetable.

 

Remember, nothing supernatural will hurt you on Halloween. It's just superstitious nonsense. Also, Jesus will protect you. Not against human murderers, though. They actually exist and he doesn't get involved with that ****. So be careful. Maybe check the locks tonight
