    Well not so much, I don't see why Leeds United shouldn't be able to attract managers of smaller clubs for the same reason Forest got Cotterill from a club higher in the league

    Well at first I thought that but then i thought because of the style of play he gets his teams to play which people do not like especially at chelsea because of 1-0 wins and 2-1 wins. He holds out for those results and his defence has always worked really hard to close down, his team is organised and he also commands respect from his players despite who they are. He only spends the millions because he has it available to him, at porto and even Inter to an extent he won the champions league when he had no where near as much money to spend compared with the 'bigger' clubs in the competition

    I'm not saying Leeds shouldn't be able to attract them (although Bates United certainly couldn't tempt away Adkins or Lambert), I'm disputing that they're better managers than Neil Warnock. All the facts point in this direction.

    yea I'd say both Adkins and Poyet are better managers than warnock, although not as proven.
