Dai, Considering you think Brendan was such a great manager for us why were you constantly slagging him off when he was here (same as you are slagging off Laudrup at the moment). There are loads of posts by you from the Brendan era moaning about his style of play such as this one:-

this is not about slagging anyone off it who has been the better manager. Brendan had his faults but at least he would recognize when something is not right and change things....The trouble i have with laudrup is he says after every game when we were favorites to win or we had a great chance of winning and we lost the same bloody things, He never tries to make things better and plays the same negative way the very next game...He can talk a big game but he is a one trick pony that is not working for us....Brendan would be on the touchline shouting instructions while you might as well put a bed in the dug out for laudrup with the amount of encouragement he gives the team...there is a big difference between the two managers and that is why Brendan is at the top with liverpool ans laudrup is at the bottom twiddling his thumbs waiting for the season to finish so he can leave. I feel sorry for all the good work that has been undone by past managers and who has to come in to try and fix the crap he will leave behind...

But Dai, don't you think he made a change for the good against MU in the FA cup? Up against 10 men he decided to go 4-4-2 and attack. I think that was him reading the game and going for it. I think our recent issues are less to do with his management style, and more to do with the players. Lee Dixon said the same of Moyes yesterday. You can coach all you want, but at the end of the day the players need to carry it out onto the pitch.
We all know Dai has complained about anything and everything. Look at the times he was slagging our chairmen off, not much of it these days. Look at how he slagged Rodgers off, yet now he is the best thing since sliced bread, his latest addiction to moaning, is Laudrup. And when ML moves on, he will find something new to piss and moan about, and probably sing ML's praises. Its who Dai is, he has never changed, he was like it on the old 606, he is like it here.
To prove my point about Dai complaining about everything and anything. Right so you heard that right? Upto £10m or a little more for EACH striker. So what do the Swans do, spend £12m on a striker. What does Dai do. 04/09/13 09/12/13 But the best part: I mean, that post was posted on the 03/09/13 So in the space of 3 months, Dai's position on spending big changed, like I said, Dai changes depending on the situation, he moans for moaning sake. He moans when we don't spend big. So we spend big. He then moans that we spent big. Check it for yourself, Dai's posting history is the same if you care to examine. He will moan, but then change his mind to suit. You only have to look at his past quotes moaning at Brendan, and now his apparent love affection for him to realise the sort of person Dai is. The funny part, is those too blind to actually notice.
This is because he is a Cardiff fan on the wind up. E.g. - His change of mind re: Brendan Had to suck it up after we were promoted as he couldn't very well continue moaning about the manager who got us promoted...that wouldn't look authentic. Continued to criticise our every move but focused on Jenkins ("we're not spending/ambitious enough, the stadium arrangements etc.) Then he leaves and Dai goes into overdrive singing his praises, not because he is a Liverpool fan, because we've just lost our manager who secured Prem survival and he knew it would wind us up. He'll play along with the Liverpool ****e because it wound so many people up...but this **** has been going on ever since I started reading message boards. Does a Liverpool fan from Swansea do that (log on to every Swans board and criticise every move the Swas make?)...no, a Cardiff WUM does that kind of thing. Season ticket holder for 54 years my arse, at Cardiff maybe. He consistently has more positive stuff to say about Cardiff than us. He takes totally contradictory positions sometimes....pro Malky staying, Laudrup out etc....how does somebody who has watched us for 54 years have virtually nothing positive to say about the first victory over Manchester United he's ever witnessed? Because he is a Cardiff fan who only wishes ill on us, every bit of success we have makes him thoroughly miserable....and for that reason I'd keep him around as the board pet. He makes me laugh he really does. He hasn't got the intelligence to construct a logical argument or keep up with his own lies and if you think he's depressed now you wait until Cardiff go into meltdown next year in the Championship as we continue to play beautiful football on a much smaller budget in the Prem.
Interesting theory ,I think as long as he has an ally he'll continue to post the nonsense he does.You mention the Cardiff board but he's also posted positive comments about Brendan on the Liverpool board but got a bit of abuse when he mentioned he followed both the Swans and them as they couldn't understand the concept.I believe his knowledge about football is what he reads in the paper which is fine but why so confrontational all the time ?

twist and turn and make what ever i said on any given day to fit into something that suits.....Well im use to idiots doing that so i don't take a blind bit of notice as i have had plenty of support agreeing with me so its neither here or there and dont matter.....Where are we in the table lads? How many home wins have we hat for a whole year lads? and how many back to back wins have we had this season???? Come back to the real world as its not looking very impressive is it... So if you want to deal in fantasy and ignore the facts then that is up to you, I dont care but if you think that the rest of us are going to watch our club sink then even though none of us can do anything about it we can blame the manager who is letting this happen....You think im on my own wanting laudrup gone you could not be further from the reality. and those who want laudrup to stay after the season will be so disappointed as jinks will never let that happen in a million years, that's the reality..
