Bout 4 years ago some **** was on the roof at the top of our road with a crossbow. We were going the boozer & causually left the house only to be grabbed by an armed copper & taken to the top of the road where they explained the situation. The road was closed & they soon stopped people trying to leave their homes. Few drinks later we headed back home & the police were just removing the tape & ****ing off. "Caught him then did you?" "No we haven't seen or heard him in the last hour, we think he probably climbed down the other side & got away down the next round" They gave up & ****ed off basicaly. Why were the police not down the next road cutting off all his exits???
