@darwingifs is my current favourite - though I have always been a sucker for watching stupid people hurting themselves in stupid ways

always loved the one where a chicken got stuck down a well and eight men tried to rescue it and all died! the chicken survived if you're wondering.

absolute favourite is @usasoccerguy - cracks me up!

"Iron Robben stopped by depossession slide by Mosherano. #neverlands"
"David Louise calmly chest kicks it back to his goaltender. Awesome deefense from him again. #deefense"
"GOALSHOT! It's Muller time for Doucheland as the corner restart is met on the no bounce by the the golden cleat holder. #mullercorner" <laugh>

I'll be honest I find those US parody accounts a bit lame and boring by now, Soccer AM did that best, but that's just my opinion <ok>

You should check out some of those Darwin clips, they are actually videos of stupidity, absolutely hilarious!

JWM, you remind me of a true conversation between my Mother and my Father who had just proclaimed that he didn't like Stilton cheese!

Mother:- "Have you ever tried it?"

Father:- "No, and I'm bloody well not going to!"

Hell, that's not the attitude. I have no idea what your interests are outside of football (and budgie-wumming) but I know that if you have any, so will many people who use twitter. I follow people based on the sense that they speak on there, be it photographers, football fans, travel writers, musicians, bird-watching enthusiasts, Croatia dwelling nationals and ex-pats, etc.
And as a trump card, blocking or 'unfollowing' someone who spouts garbage is the click of a mouse away <ok>

When used 'properly' (i.e not for trolling or abusive purposes - and those people who do are mighty soon 'unfollowed'), it's a fantastic, free, informative and funny platform. Bite the bullet, why don'tcha?
And nobody will ever convince me otherwise.

You paint a wonderful image of utopia Cromer and seriously I have nothing against those that use it!

Weren't the same things that you are describing first used to describe Facebook before the Corporates got hold of it?
