I watched Mad Dogs all in one go recently. Is it just me, or is it bizarre, not really very good, yet somehow sucks you in to watch more?
I love it. The cast is great and the scenery. Of course the plot is bizarre (who can forget the corpse that lost its hand). The dwarf was apparently the result of a typo which they stuck with once the actor turned up. I can't wait to see how they continue the story....see what happens when you go on a lads weekend!
Don't say that! My mate is coming over this weekend so we can arrange his stag do for his wedding. There was me thinking of a cultured trip to France involving golf sticks, red wine and top quality food!
You will be alright as long as he isn't a rich gangster who has seriously annoyed some drug dealers. He isn't, is he?
What are you reading? Anything by Duncan Falconer What are you watching? Criminal minds What are you listening too? Fleetwood mac Where are you going on holiday? Gran canaria for two weeks in August How are you passing the time? Helping decorate a hotel some friends have just purchased.
It rains constantly in Gran Canaria, just like it did in AndalucÃa. I'm beginning to feel victimised.

This will be our 3rd visit to gran canaria Fran, and we have never seen a rain drop there yet. But with Ibiza,Minorca ,where we have been a couple of times it has always rained
I'm off to Majorca next Gran Canaria was the worst holiday of my life...was marooned in a freezing chalet for most of the week. We ran through rain like stair rods for our evening meal, but otherwise sat huddled round a cooker trying to get some warmth. Only a book of crosswords kept us sane. Came straight home, walked into a travel agents and booked immediately for Crete. Two weeks later had a great holiday. Have written off the Canary islands....silly I know, but I just shudder at the thought.
I've never had a bad holiday. Always loved Turkey and Crete but France has to be my favourite especially the Luberon.
Strewth......... I didn't think anyone read those books any more........None the less some were hard going...but overall a delightful read! My current down load is a Ken Follett Fiction (based on fact) Winter of the world. I seem to be favouring Bernard Cornwell, Wilbur Smith and of course Ken Follett at the moment, throwing in an occasional James Patterson. As for holidays......Just back from Cyprus.....off to Aussie in October for a month hopefully. As for the rest don't get time to just listen to music.....always something to do....usually golf but hey, who cares?
What are you reading... A History of the Meon Valley Villages What are you watching... The garden grow What are you listening too.. The latest Neil Young, which is excellent. Where are you going on holiday... To a cottage on the IOW, which is planned and appropriate given a friend, who the week is in honour of, is 64 during the visit.. How are you passing the time.. Pleasantly, much dog walking normally involving an inn..
Worst place we have been by a country mile was Portugal we have been in June and August and it rained from the moment we landed to when we took off. In fact in the June trip we had to buy coats it was that cold. You have been unlucky with the canaries Fran in all I think we have been 8 times there and can honestly say maybe 2 or3 days of rain is all we seen. Turkey or Tunisia is still always warm out of season we went to turkey this march and it was 23c and sunny every day.
