You think it was a mistake to bring on giroud who scored our only goal for Ramsey who was having a quiet game, at a point where we were chasing the game with the clock running down? It was a great tactical move and almost got us back into the game...

I would have taken Welbeck off, I don't think it was wrong for Giroud to come on, just not midfield for striker.

Ramsey without a doubt was useless in attack, but defensively he brings something to us, and his additional midfield presence does help, I was even wanting to make a thread for this, on why he needs to keep starting, because though in attack he has been woeful, but defensively we need him as the game showed when we came off.

So bring Giroud on, but not for Ramsey, but for Welbeck.

This whole season hasn't gone our way. You can count on one hand our good performances this season. Sanchez has been dragging us through matches week in, week out.

Also, tactically we are so poor. And that is down to Wenger abd his coaching team.

Whilst Wenger keeps getting you in the top 4, he will continue to be your manager. You know it. The only way he will ever leave is you were to drift out of the top 4 and into the wilderness.
    So

    Stick or twist?

Consistent top 4 and the occasional trophy

    or

A gamble on changing the manager to try and push on. Seems risky to me....

A lot of people would say take the risk, without actually fully understanding the gravity of those risks. It's just easy to say it.

I think we need to change, but I'm not up for simply taking a punt for the sake of change.

If we can get Klopp at the end of the season or next, then I think Wenger should go. If we can't line up a manager of Klopp's calibre then it's counter productive to sack Wenger.

I disagree you brought Giroud on when you were 1-0 down Man U started hitting you on the counter attack and really it should of been 3-0 if Di Maria had scored and Giroud goal would have counted for nothing. I would of took Welbeck off and used Giroud as the target man and get runners coming off him. He was much more stronger then the back 3 of Man U.

Klopp says Bayern ravaging the squad. Your squad is ravaged by City.
Dortmund are in relegation places nowadays. Klopp?

Dortmund being where they are is more down to: Injury ravaged squad, and getting all their players snatched by Munich.

We don't get all our players snatched by City, maybe before yes we had to sell for financial reasons, but those days are gone. Sagna left on a free, we couldn't do nothing to stop him and tried to sign him to a new contract, City didn't buy him off us.

And also if you look at all the players we sold to City, the only one Arsenal fans would really say was a bad one was Nasri, the rest we actually supported, getting 25 million for Adebayor has to go down as one of the greatest transfer business in history, 15 million for Toure was good too as he was not the same solid rock when we sold him, as for Clichy he is a solid LB but has a lot of ****** moments where he just basically becomes ******ed and does something stupid so most Arsenal fans weren't sad to see him go, and Gibbs is certainly no inferior to Clichy.

Dortmund are having a mare of a season but I think Klopp has proven that he's got what it takes to motivate, inspire and tactically out manoeurve his opposition. His squad have been ravaged by injury as well as Bayern, so you can understand to a point why they are struggling this season, but I still think that Klopp would bring the elements that we need at Arsenal to re-enliven the squad we have and inspire confidence in them as a team. In one respect it's almost all that Arsenal need, we are a confidence side who can go on a long unbeaten run when we get a couple of wins under our belts, but when we lose it's like the whole team just crumble and can't shake it off. I'm getting tired of Wenger talking about mental strength and desire etc, because that's not what's happening on the pitch. If Wenger can't inspire that in his players then it's a big problem.

My stance is that Wenger needs to change and fast, if he doesn't then we should be lining up Klopp asap.

I hardly post on here anymore, and I have been as ardent a supporter of Wenger as anyone but I think his future at the club is in jeopardy should he fail to reach his "target" of top four. That would be extremely damaging to the club. I hope it doesn't happen.

I want us to be in the CL next season. And I want Wenger gone by the end of it as well. I don't believe Klopp is the answer either. That would be the problem, finding someone worthwhile and not just the next most popular choice. Needs to be the right appointment IMO. I'd be interested in seeing what other managerial options there are out there. I wonder if the board have anybody in mind at this point. It seems hard to say.

And before anyone accuses me and us (the fans) of kneejerk reactions, it's a lie. This has been the case since 2005-06. We've lost our way. Time for some fresh impetus. Defend Wenger all you want but he is not the man to take us forward.
