At the end of the day, yes it is pre-season but is it not a coincidence that its Brown thats picked up the injury and no one else? Westwood already had a shoulder injury before anyone mentions anything. Im not trying to have a dig at Brown and i really rate him as a player (but he seems to be the nearly man on everything) but surely this has to be a concern? If its normal for 'ELITE ATHLETES' to pick up these injuries in pre-season then training should be made lighter to ease them back in and gradually pick there fitness up. Maybe the problem why we had so many injuries last season is how quick and intense the training is from the off?Or maybe, Bruce is being cautious as he too is worried about Browns injury past but all im saying is, i hope this is not a sign of things to come.

Ive never been on their forums and nor do i wish too but personally i dont mind them over here if they are going to bring about a good provocative debate not utter garbage and pointless ****e. One of my mates is a scum fan and we always talk about potential coming and goings with each others clubs and i dont mind that as long as he doesnt talk utter ****e. He learnt his hard lesson last year as he said the scum would finish above us and carroll would score more than bent so i quiet rightly made a bet and took his money off him.
