The 30,000 plus that are dead are by far the majority civillian men women & children.
I do not deny sny state the right to defend itself.
I do condemn, loudly, any state that wages ware upon civilian innocents as a form of collective punishment.

I think it’s over for Israel soon. Support is plummeting in the West, they’ve bullied those around them knowing big daddy America can step in and regime change them at any moment, now that support is falling, especially amongst the youth. The left wing are anti Israel due to colonial rhetoric, the right Increasingly worried about debt to GDP and the cost of international wars. The Israeli ego has been pumped up beyond their realistic capacity. When the Islamic world unites (Syria, Turkey, Iran, Lebanon, Iraq etc) and seeks to reimpose the Palestinian state in full, the US or Europe will not have the strength of narrative to convince it’s citizens that they should intervene.

 

It’s not my lens. Just look at what’s happening in the world mate, maybe you need to change your lens.

I am critical of the Government of Israel, but supportive of The Jewish Nation.

I can justify this point of view by pointing to the sizable numbers that the 'left and centre' oposition parties gain in General Elections.
IF they can dislike their Goverment, I see no reason that I should need to apologise for feeling the same.
