Gentlemen
These two [now merged] threads have opened up some [at times] highly strung debate on what is understandably a very controversial subject. I think the time has come now though to draw a line under this discussion as I genuinely feel that any thing constructive, on both sides of the coin has been said by now by those who have been posting their views.
I think we have a case of 'Never the twain shall meet', so in order to prevent the debate from sliding to a level unbecoming of the posters we have here on the Pompey board I think it's time to call time on this particular discussion.
