I'm glad to see that Pedro turning down the plastics doesn't still rankle with them. <laugh>

Like Jose said, he is a pretty good defender, we were looking for a striker/attacker.
Hazard needs to learn to tackle and track back to help your lot out the same as Pedro <ok>

Since I started this convoluted post which was about us needing/getting an Isco type player, and not more wingers, we are yet again miles off course.
However, Pedro and Hazard and Willian and Costa will all show their true form when we get a midfielder who can give them some decent ball. It's not rocket science, but on here it is debated as if it was, by the Encyclopedia Britannica Chelsica experts, who can tell you what time every player wakes up, cleans their teeth, how many steps to the bog, the colour of their undies and every detail of their contracts, including the exact time it was signed, but especially, what they are thinking and what they will do in the future. All with absolute certainty.
I have been called a non fan, a reactionary red top and tabloid junkie,a football imbicile, an embarrassment to the Club, a juvenile, and that's just this post.
That'll do me. Enough, I'm out of here. Those great contributors will have to find another whipping boy, but that won't take long, narcissism is in their DNA.
To those great posters, especially BM2 and Drogs, who I go back with some time, it's been nice knowing you. To the others, especially CFC, it's nice not knowing you anymore. And at the push of a button, I wipe from my life, Not 606.

Pretty sad it's come to that. He has a point though.

I don't think anyone doubts that United expressed an interest in Pedro. They just decided in the end that he wasn't what they needed which, judging on his performances for Chelsea, was probably a good call as he's no better than what we already have in those positions. The player himself said that United never seemed that keen on him whereas Chelsea jumped at the chance to sign him. It does look like he's a better fit for Chelsea as his defensive abilities are more suited to Jose's style hence Pedro now starting ahead of Hazard to help squeeze a result against Villa at Stamford Bridge.

Shame that Chelsea Pensioner has been chased off the board by The Pack. Pretty soon it'll just be the knuckle draggers agreeing with each other.

The forum generally seems to have a core of posters who consider themselves to be a football forum master race and anyone who disagrees with their opinion is stupid or an idiot. Ridiculous.

It's definitely ironic. Just not sure if it's intentionally so or if you actually think you aren't in the "core of posters" as you describe.

I have cronies? I thought I was meant to be the suck up who sometimes agreed with certain people.

You just agree with everything certain posters say regardless of topic which somehow doesn't make you the suck up.

    - engage in some conversation
    - be faced with an argument you can't come back to
    - declare it's not worth your time

    The classic Blueman combination
