This is a who wanted to fill Isak in poll.

Obvious candidates are Burn, Lascelles and Big Joe but who do you think would.

Bruno…… Joelinton could restrain Bruno couldn’t see it working other way around <laugh>

regardless I think its a Brazilian
100% we've seen Bruno lose his cool a few times and i think he'd take Isak's behaviour personally, his insta post after isak's showed this. Plus as you said, he couldn't hold Joe back, same way i couldnt see any of the english lads holding back a raging BDB.

Actually, sincere apologies for the obvious oversight in the poll.

Going off the last game I should have included Poster Boy as one of the options to vote for.

All I can say is sincere apologies to Poster Boy, his Agent, his family and all his supporters and hopefully this should mean that PB and I can meet up at some time in the future once the furore of this unacceptable oversight has subsided.

A few are still sound with Isak, Botman, Gordon, etc. Obviously they became friends and we have all had a friend do something we think is ****ed up.

But I think the Brazilian boys wear their hearts on their chests, so probably exploded at him

They displayed the intelligence of a brick though by going public with their best wishes.... when a call or text may have been better given the feeling from their employers and fan base....

Thick as whale spunk if you ask me.

I'll have to take your expert word for it. :emoticon-0148-yes:

I think it was Lascelles personally. He spent a good few seasons as captain, I’m sure he’s still ‘club captain’ or has some sort of title like that. He stuck around when we got relegated and was even linked with a £15m move to Chelsea at one point I think. He’s clearly held in very high regard within the club, so much so that both Trippier and Bruno wanted him in the midst of lifting the trophy at Wembley back in March.

Everybody knows (including the rat himself) that Isak would not have got his move had it not been for everybody at the club, something Longstaff has been very quick to point about about his own journey and ultimate move to Leeds, I actually think that was some sort of veiled dig at Isak but I may be wrong!

Lascelles would have snapped the ****er like, he may be a bit clumsy on the pitch but he’s a ****ing unit and I reckon if he gave you a clip you’d stay clipped for a fair while like!

did you see the ovation Longstaff got from the Newcastle fans down at Leeds
can't see the same happening with Isak <whistle>

Question, who’s the best real number 9 in Europe at the moment? Seems like a player position that’s been left to stagnate in recent years and I wonder why that is.

I would venture to suggest that the reason the position has stagnated is simply down to trends and quality of players at the time. At the minute we have the fashion of passing the leather off the ball.

Yeah agree. The style of play of many teams now doesn't always lend itself to a traditional #9.

True #9s these days often look better in the more mid table sides who hit quickly on the break, rather than those who dominate possession.

If I had to pick one for all round ability, I'd go with Haaland (finishing, strength, speed, good in the air, good age, etc.). But even he can look out of place sometimes due to the way Man City play and could look lost in say an Arsenal side tapping it around all night.

He isn't bothered.
That's because no one has confronted him. All interviews will either be nice and general or will avoid the issue.
When PB and 50,000 Newcastle fans are explaining that his behaviour was not acceptable then I think isak might reflect more.

Seriously, course he isn't bothered but that in the main is due to his lack of accountability and his one minded selfish attitude where hes probably convinced himself that he's the victim.
