I prefer 'orchestrated collision' rather than 'dive'. And the referee suffered an attack of 'chronic capability malfunction' otherwise known as 'being total sh*te!'.
I have long believed that refs should not decide whether a player was diving or not, simply decide whether its a penalty or not. These sort of things should be reviewed after the game where the decision doesn't need to be made in a split second. After actual review, then a large ban (1 month ban I'm thinking) should follow to cut it out of the game. I think this would very quickly stop simulation.
