Looking for some help or advice please if possible.

I did a double today nothing spectacular just £2 e/w and I took a price on "My Sharona" (5/2) finished 2nd and "Katy's Secret" (12/1) won.

I just checked my Hills account and it hasn't paid out anything despite it saying placed and won.

Is this correct or should I at least got something back? I am not sure if possibly they only paid out for 1 horse on the first race with " My Sharona" and that's why I got nothing.
 
My Sharona was a four runner race so only paid first place and none on the place side of the bet. Sorry to tell you that.
 
Cheers I thought that it might have been something like that.

I did put "Katy's Secret" on as a single e/w so not a total loss.
