Brighton have given Bristol City terrific support in the quest to build our new stadium,so we care how they are doing, mutual respect, your lot dog's do-dahs the lot of them..
The gap in class continues to widen,it's now 79 GD,the beat goes on.. ...JUST TO REMIND YOU BLUE FEW..
cjs,got you there at last, they have striven to reach the level at which we play and have succeeded, whilst you poor blue few continue to struggle and still could fall into obscurity and with a GD of 79 to Brighton,it demonstrates the wide gap between you them and us.
loooool common wiz, dont compare yourself with brighton i highly doubt you would get as high gd as brighton in league 1. come and join us to find out
Come on we don't wanna join you in league 1 or 2 lol, they will prob get a higher GD than us next year though cause we mostly get a minus GD anyway lol
You've been deflecting my comments for comparing you with your division leaders recently,I can't compare us to them as they are in a lower league, but they are very good and I'll start next season.. It's possible we could be comparing Bristol Rovers with Crawley in the 4th tier, what do you thinlk....?
I hope you don't sink any further down, who do you think, honestly your next manager will be,under the circumstances......?
its out of 4 possibilities. 1, cams gets the job, hinton stays as his no. 2. 2, experienced man comes in and acts as dof guiding and supporting cams like lenny did with trolls. 3, ex-gashead comes in like aidy boothroyd, gerraint williams or andy tilson. cams turns player coach. 4, we get some twit like penney or wilson.
You're board are already committed to paying 2 managers and Campbell for season 2011/12,so who could they afford, remembering the losses that they are enduring,it's got to be someone cheap..
only paying trolls until he gets a new job or to december - which ever comes 1st. only paying penny until end of this season as contract was only to end of season. were paying cams same wage as we were paying him when he was just a player when trolls still in charge so cams wage is not extra. next theory of yours you call 'facts' i can shoot down??
Okay cjs, you've got your sources,I can only go on what Higgs tell the press and he says both will get paid for 12 months from the date of their sacking or until they get new employment, bit different from your source... http://www.thisisbristol.co.uk/bris...ogressing/article-3384011-detail/article.html
i told you before dont believe everything you read, especially from the evil post. lets say you are right though, 12 months for trolls will be dec and for penney will be feb. so thats not "committed to paying 2 managers and Campbell for season 2011/12". it would however be just half of the season in trolls case and just over half in penneys case. thats if your source (the evil post ) is correct
2 managers already on the pay-roll for half of next season,Campbell and his no 2 look likely to carry on,Patterson still in the background with the youth,Hoskins likely to be sold it's no wonder your information was incorrect. Higgs made that statement on your own O/S and the E/P just made use of the copy, anyway at least you're not continuing to give mis-information like you did about the BCFC away support to Ipswich which you said was about 62 when it was 437 in season 2009/10 and 388 in season 2010/11(take your choice) but wrong again.. http://www.bcfc.co.uk/page/AwayDaysDetail/0,,10327~2124196,00.html http://www.bcfc.co.uk/page/AwayDaysDetail/0,,10327~1750688,00.html
at last. you got it. they aint on the payroll for the season on 2011/12. but part of the season. glad you now understand the point. and thats if they dont get a job before that. penney most likely wont but trolls might. well done for correcting yourself. also patterson and cams were/are only been/are temp managers until a new man comes in. therefore they were already on the payroll. so we are only paying penney and trolls wages next season for part of the season. cams and pattersons wages would be still at the club and paid anyway so dont count. if a new manager comes in then we still be paying cams as a player and patterson as youth director. if cams gets the job we still be paying his wages and patterson on youth. so no changes to now! also you will find the season with the mighty 62 was on in 2008/09 season. yet again you cant get your facts right. using the wrong seasons stats to back up your point. nice try. your commentators told nthe world that there was 62 there that night. your site just makes up a number 62 very embarrassing considering just 6 months earlier you were at wembley bottling it to hull. 6 months from the biggest game in your small existance and you only take 62 on your travels. very poor. just like your attendance vs cardiff when we took more in the micky mouse cup to their stadium. and we scored as well which you failed to do. go on use the 'bubble match' excuse
God,you don't half waffle, still at last you've conceded 2 wrongs and they don't make a right in anybody elses eyes. So now we agree, the "gasheads" have 2 team managers on the pay-roll for at least half of season 2011/12,Campbell and his no 2 are on trial,so no decision, dithering again and a new manager will have to be employed eventually making a total of 3 on the books for the kick-off of 2011/12,back where we started, although I note you did not mention the sale of Hoskins to help fund all of this.. With regard to the away attendance at Ipswich, you are wrong, yet again,in the season 2008/09 our away figure was 206 not 62 and just to respond to your point about Hull in the Championship play-offs,yes we were beaten on the day by a good, honest team fighting for a Premier League place, not scuttling around for a whole season fighting relegation into the 4th tier,no shame on either of us,just a difference in standards. http://www.bcfc.co.uk/page/AwayDaysDetail/0,,10327~1366184,00.html You mention Cardiff and a bubble match, yes our attendance was low,no excuses being offered, what about your important paint pot match at Hereford when under 60 "gasheads" attended a match considered to be a local derby or your pathetic home attendances this season of 6000,or indeed when you left an away game at half time because you were losing, your choice but nothing to crow about.
