I reckon it's a broken ankle and leg, possibly severe ligaments damage. Will probably require a pin.
Can you move the foot?
Almost identical looking to mine two years ago. Slipped on ice, ankle almost done a 360 in my shoe.Ffs. Really??

Well I think she should hang her head in shame. She should’ve done a proper job of it!!!Me and my lass were play fighting yesterday morn. I hooked my leg round the back of hers and tried to trip her up. She pulled me down on top of her, my foot stayed planted on the floor and my leg moved with me .

Aye, sounds similar to the motion I had when I did mine. Took about a year to fully heal. The ligaments take longer to heal.Me and my lass were play fighting yesterday morn.
