We do have a billionaire. And that's just one of our owners - the group in total is worth a ****ing fortune.
Oh well then, I guess even that small glimmer of hope is gone. Liverpool couldn't mount a credible challenge when they hung round the top 4 for 20 years like a bad smell. Now they are mid table and quite frankly beneath our attention unless we have a match coming up.
Dude face facts you have another Hicks an Gillette or Glazers, Yankee doodle dandys who are out to make a buck.
So do we - the Glazers are worth a damn sight more than Henry. Them billionaires ain't all they've cracked up to be... Or are you referring to Carlos "owns a small bit of the New York Times which in turn owns an even smaller bit of FSG" Slim?
City will be around for a while, i look forward to the challenge. Liverpool whos know certainly don't see KKK winning the league or even getting in the top four.
Honestly, United have a better chance of winning the title than Liverpool do of achieving a top 4 place. They have to somehow stay ahead of two of Arsenal, Chelsea and Spurs if they want to get CL football, I can't see that happening regularly. And that's just in the short term, where do Liverpool stand in a few years time, how are they going to replace Gerrard? Don't even say Henderson. United have a team that has a core of players between 25 and 30, as well as many young players with a decent amount of experience now, so as with all of Fergie's teams we are well set up for the future. What is Liverpool's plan? Hope that Henderson and Carroll fulfil their promise (I believe it could well happen), and just write off Downing and Adam as bad signings?
If you remember the magic 8ball said Kenny would be stepping down in the summer. My magic8ball also said no spanish teams in the cl final it said that to you directly before the qtrs. So far magic 8ball is better than Swarbs predictionwise, lets see if Kenny steps down Then we can all bow before the great magic 8ball, or as I like to call it Liverpool FC's transfer policy
