Russian authorities have started destroying the ruined theatre in Mariupol, according to an aide to the city's exiled Ukrainian mayor.

Petro Andryushchenko accused the occupying authorities of seeking to cover up the murder of hundreds of civilians when the building was bombed by Russian warplanes in March.
A screen was recently erected around the ruined theatre.
Video showed a bulldozer knocking down some of the rear of the building.
Mr Andryushchenko said the Russians were planning to leave the front of the theatre intact and destroy the rest of the structure, to build a new theatre "on the bones of Mariupol's people".

It has long been believed that dozens of bodies have /had been left in the piles of rubble that filled inaccessible areas of the basement, it is another string to the bow that is Russia depravity... more than 25000 unaccounted for from Mariupol area ... be they are "pro Russian"/Ukranian ...
What is worrying is "rebuilding the theatre as a mausoleum" and turning 2 ports in to army barracks.
What a speech from Zelensky to congress .. 18 standing ovations, featured on Time magazine ... he is a serious person, with just a tad of flippancy and a seriously positive person.

Wagner in and around Bakmut [ spelling might be wrong ] they [ Ukraine ] took out the HQ complex some 25 miles or so away and reports were there was an awful high number of casualties [ Russian conscripted convicts mostly]. Apparently not being trained "as soldiers" they are give a gun and a few spare magazines and sent to forward trench's where they must stay and kill as many opposing soldiers as possible. Should they try to retreat they summarily shot. Interesting point is some [ most ] are not getting paid [ relatives ]. What will happen in March or April when their 6 MONTH'S ON THE FRONT IS UP! Bet they dont get their freedom, them thats left of course.

Lets hope Putrid allows the " fellow brothers of Ukraine, whom he calls NAZI's "are allowed a couple if not just 1 day of peace.
The patriot missile system is not the silver bullet, the supply of Radar and missile launcher are not the expensive bits! 100 missiles will cost $300m+ BUT 2 or 3 other countries could supply them as well if they chose to ... missiles that is!

Putin and his warped mind will never let Ukraine have any peace until he totally destroys the make believe country filled with Nazis. I would like to see anti-Putin countries put boots on the ground about 10 kilometers from the Belarus/Ukraine border, along with Nordic troops just over the border from Finland and the Baltic states. Putin has already threatened to hit back at countries supplying arms to fight against Russia but, as yet, he hasn't had the balls to up the ante and I think it's time to call his bluff and say we will send our troops back across any border as long as you do this or that. All the time the world basically sits back and watches the action Russia will continue it's campaign to attack innocent citizens who just want peace and the right to self determine their own destiny. I think the man is essentially a coward, only willing to force his way and brutality on Ukraine as long as he doesn't get kicked in the nuts. The upcoming spring could bring even more terror to the conflict and I hope Ukraine, and the countries that rightly support them, have the courage and resources to take the fight to Russia because I believe Putin will attack on multiple fronts in the spring. Russia has to be cut off from all countries that believe in democracy and their individual goods and services. Ban all flights that started in Russia, along with any others that have onward connections to those flights, and do not allow any Russian citizens landing in the real world unless they are known to be strongly anti-Putin and are travelling solely for the purpose of trying to help stop the war. I just want his insanity to stop as it serves absolutely no purpose whatsoever other than to boost the Hitler clone's ego. Remember what happened when the rest of the world sat by and let a monster loose on Europe when he should have been stopped earlier.

yep was reading about that and his mate died a day or so earlier ... strange how they all claimed by russian embassies and shipped back "home" after falls from windows or heart attacks!

 

A lot of activity from USA to EUROPE/ Black sea area also AWACS and joint command aircraft above coastal areas of Black sea. been on station for a while as Strato tankers in companying them!
Wonder if the C5M & C17-A's are delivering patriotic weaponary! some of them have transponders on till they leave USA coast then switch off ... later seen in various parts of EUROPE.
Reading that Ukraine could be waiting for the hard winter weeks when the ground freezes to a depth of 1 foot or so before making a strike. major strike! capture Melitopol and there would be a serious Russian reaction ...

 

Russia seem to have upped the ante with constant missile attacks on various sites across Ukraine destroying a lot of infrastructure but thankfully only a few deaths. One pundit claimed that the war is at a stalemate and that situation may last until the spring thaw when more hand to hand fighting will resume. I am hoping that the West keeps up the support to keep democracy to the fore because any easing of supplies could give Putin the upper hand in the conflict. The support from both Iran and North Korea needs to be dealt with by friendly nations as these rogue leaders want to continue to subdue their peoples in the most demonic ways. The world needs a reset button but regrettably we can never rid the planet of monsters who for their own sick reasons want to rule the world by suppression and murder. Long live Ukraine.

 

I think certain world leaders have been having serious talks today amongst themselves. It is now getting to be not so much " a special military action " as an aggression that is to leave "UKRAINE AS A SCORCHED EARTH POLICY" . The UN need to show some balls and "suspend RUSSIA" from it. They have ceased to be a law abiding country and become the worlds biggest terrorist group. They are paying a private army to inflict terror on another country and its civilians, and doing so with Russian criminals on the pretext of freedom and lies. When the few have done their 6 months', those that survive the canon! will they get paid and a pardon from Putrid? How can they? so it mean Putrid admits to clearing out his prisons of murderers and seriously disturbed prisoners? of course he cant! He does need the space in those prisons to put those that object to his evil.
IRAN is supposed to be going to sell him, Putrid, a large number of missiles. Well maybe the countries in the middle east should start bulking up the border with IRAN, give them something to think about. North Korea already showing that it can flex its muscles .. taking stock of the fact Russia can do what it wants with no more than just sanctions look out South Korea!
Time the world drew the line, all those countries against the invasion and evil against civilians send a joint letter to Putrid ... enough is enough we are not standing by to see your HIENIOUS crimes of terror any longer... STOP YOUR EVIL TERRORISM NOW .... and give a date.

It is almost an impossibility to actually do a lot on the threatening aspect other than stipulate that "NATO / UN forces will be stationed for humanitarian consequences to protect the skies over UKRAINE .. A TOTAL no fly zone for Russian or Ukrainian Combat aircraft. The air defences will be solely defensive and a lot of them!

I believe the EVIL PUTRID is giving everything he has at the moment to parry the the increasing air defenses being supplied, I dont think 1 patriot system will be the only one. He will have very little need for scuds and missiles if he invades on the ground., because of the danger hitting own troops ?
PUTRID Should be told withdraw all RUSSIAN troops from LUHANSK and DONETSK and KHERSON and take things back to Feb 22nd 2022. [ MAYBE a 2 week ceasefire to do so? ]
Then Russia Ukraine + USA, UK, EUROZONE, FRANCE, GERMANY, FINLAND + other bordering countries should get around a table and discuss the way forward!
CRIMEA would be on hold as it is almost a decade in the making and part of UKRAINE IN THE WORLDS EYE .. Russia could be allowed to keep SEBASOPOL NAVAL BASE on an extended lease of 5 years ... renewable

 

ICC is dragging its heels a bit! Top LAWYER ON INTERNATIONAL LAW SAYS ... " Putrid should be put on trial in his absence" for crimes against humanity! This would'nt be a quick thing, it would take many years but would be just, and a distraction to the Kremlin as instead of going for the private who rapes and murders and going up the ladder of command they start at the top and those below get embroiled also. This filters down to the Russian political parties/ parliament and its MP's. Everyone below Putrid is hiding behind him bearing in mind most of his "general military staff are aged" they probably dont care a flying **** as the time taken to actually convict or arrest may be years away.
However in the field those generals who get captured or their subordinates will be in a far less safe place arrested as "criminals instrumental in the crimes against humanity"
Rumour has it The ICC is holding off because "part of the "ceasefire / withdrawal / end of special mission " discussion may revolve around Putrid not being charged .... REALLY!
Start the proceedings, and begin the process, let Putrid know there is no place to hide when this eventually ends in whatever way. There can also be a sort of plea bargain where he is allowed to "escape" maybe to a villa in IRAN or North Korea...!

 

It is always a sad occassion when people die, today we see the report of up to 400 Russian soldiers being killed as the base they were in was attacked just after midnight on New years eve Makiivka in the Donetsk area and " supposedly conscripted soldiers that Putrid said would not be involved with "front line / Ukraine!" Some 700+ km from Kiev and 400km from KHARKIV. 200km from MARIUPOL!
UKRAINE has stated if the enemy expects there planes etc not to be followed home ...think again.
A stark reminder that a bully can keep on being a bully but occassionally the victim will strike back!
Russia will keep on attacking civilians WHILST THEIR ACTIONS GO UNPUNISHED! Maybe 2023 will see more of the same.. from both sides! RUSSIAhas built a massive army camp at Mariupol ... !

 

Then Ukraine should blast it off the planet much the same as Putin did with the steel works. The time has long since passed where the bully gets it all his own way, but a lot of the news you post doesn't even hit the airwaves over here - why?

 

And the Americans are spending more and more trillions of their taxpayers money on supporting Ukraine while Mrs Zelensky spends £40k on a shopping trip to Paris

And despite the fact we’re broke we have to continue to fund the opposition
I’ve no love of Putin or Russias needless attacks on civilians but when this is over we’ll be expected to support Taiwan when China invades
