I couldn't help but notice that the Global Hawks are flying much closer to the coast near Odessa, Sochi and the Crimea. Is it an indication of better policing or is there something that has been spotted enough to warrant this extra close scrutiny?

It’s not often I agree with Boris, but I agree with him, had we acted more decisively when Russia annexed Crimea I don’t think Ukraine would have happened, Putin thought the West would act the same this time, he was wrong, but now he can’t back down without losing face. Similarly we have to make it plain we won’t stand for his aggression or else Ukraine will be the tip of the iceberg.
