Could October 23 be affecting anton?

Terry has moved on now scoring twice and leading Chelsea to champions league football for the ninth consecutive season.

Anton needs to move on, man up if rangers are to stay up

Thread re-opened cos as Swords said it's a valid point, and I think the answer is yes.

Disagree. Since the Chelsea game he's played well at Spurs, played adequately at home to City, was superb at Stoke and did ok today while Gabbidon was poor. In my opinion of course.

Its easy to jump to all sorts of conclusions after a bad performance but up until now he's played well. Nelly reckoned the controversy was directly responsible for City's opener against us but I'm not so sure. Perhaps Watford has it nailed on on this one: the links are tenuous whereas Terry's form definitely dipped.

I think he handled it badly but that's been debated already. If there are any doubts in his head he had better get rid of them before W Brom.

(It is odd that I'm always complaining about censorship but the one time I say the Mod was correct, he re-opens the Thread!!!)

What you said made me do it!
He's not playing as well as he was before IMO, Watford disagrees .
    What about everyone else's thoughts?

Go away you big nonsense. Come back next year and tell us about the Europa League.
There might be one or two teams left in it around about Wolves' standard so you might even win a game.

Ferdinand has been pretty solid. One of our best signings. He is not a world class defender, never was and never will be. But he is a decent Prem player who puts in a good shift every game. Terry on the other hand has been in decline for years. The little pace he once had is long gone and he is starting to make basic mistakes that he never made before. IMO he is well past his best and along with Luiz are the worst CB pairing in the top 6 teams.

If you lose a Goal Keeper of Paddy's status and have Radek (who is not totally fit) behind you, you will not have the same confidence and maybe he is thinking more about that. It must be a joy to play in front of Paddy knowing how secure he is. I think it is the injuries we seem to be picking up each game that is the unsettling factor not any questions over who is right and who is wrong in the Terry case.
We need to get everyone fit quickly because then we will definitely stay up.

I think that's a very important point. You can't underestimate the effect a dodgy keeper has on the mindset of those directly in front of him.

Very true. Look how pony Luiz and Terry have been as Cech struggles to see the ball through his Roman helmet.
