Well - those plastic water bottles are lethal TBF he did take most of the blow and didn't end up lying on the ground.
Feigning injury is taught from a young age as far as alot of footballers are concerned. Its becomes second nature, without thinking. It has to because they react as if being shot despite knowing that there a dozens of cameras there to pick up on the fact that they are showing themselves up to being wetter than a mermaids wet bits!. If a stray puppy ran onto the pitch and caused an unsuspecting Suarez to trip over he would roll about on the floor in the hope of getting the dog put down.
I don't know how they get through the day, every time they bump their shoulder on a door or their baby prods them in the chin they must roll around on the floor in anguish. It must be really embarrassing at family meet ups etc, going to the pub must be a minefield for them.
