Was he the one we signed on loan at the end of the last Premier league shambles season who played about 20 minutes?
Yep he was about 7" 3 inches and missed a header at Wigan the Knob. Interestingly the squad from that day included: Fat Pat Buzz One Size Even Harriman played. Shocking match day squad that one.
Samba as Sb said was shocking Add them all up it adds to very poor club management Anyone on here think TF knows about football? Or formula one? Have to look hard to see why he is involved ? Has to be ego IMO
Still think that if anyone wants to make our club into a top London side then it will take 500m or more plus a new stadium of course The identity of the club needs to be completely brought back We have had weak promises made in public to feed a ego IMO and I hope that is coming to an end Who goes public with their business ideas in the way QPR have? Naive and stupid Amit for me now he is a QPR man Absolute disaster
My first impressions of Caulker weren't good when I saw him play Shamrock Rovers in a preseason friendly. I have seen little since to convince me that he is even half decent. Championship level at best. At least, I hope he is good enough for the Championship because I would be surprised if any Premier League club would sign him based on his performances for us.
Who were the 2 that Harold signed on loan last season, the American Center Half and the Columbian (?) Forward who played about 10 minutes between them and then disappeared? If i remember rightly the American lad went to Wednesday and had a good game when they beat us 3-0 at their place.... They must rank somewhere near the top for wasting wages......
Can't recall his name but came on for 10mins, thundered a strike towards the goal but off target and that's the last we saw of him. Weird!
Chevanton and Onyewu were both reasonable players brought in as cover on relatively low wages. SWP has come to embody everything we hate about the club so I can't think of a worse signing pound for pound.
Whether it's the size of the transfer fee (Samba), the overblown wages (Ji Sung Park), how acute the disappointment (Granero), the big reputation (Rio Ferdinand) or how little we got in in return (Bosingwa), there are some prime candidates in the last few years. Further back, we had the twilight years of Mark Hateley and Vinnie Jones. I have always reckoned that Marc Nygaard was amongst the very worst footballers to play for QPR but I can't nominate him because my expectations in those days were much lower than they are today. However, as I recall, there's one guy who took the p**s a bit like SWP but never seemed to put in quite the same amount of effort when on the pitch: stand up Rowan Vine.
Bit harsh on Vine. Was awful and lazy post-injury but had some really good games particularly under De Canio. Also don't think it's fair to label someone like him on a very good salary to someone like Sandro who is supposedly an international player and will be on roughly £3m per year. Absolute dogshit of a footballer and probably Redknapp's very worst signing.
