It is heartening to see so much debate on this thread.

I set it up as a slow-burner, not something that is going to explode with interaction and then sink out of sight. Therefore, posters do not need to post any knee-jerk reactions. I think we can all see that Arsenal's demise is going to be drawn out over a few seasons, depending on how quickly they can get shot of Wenger.

It could well be, therefore, that we do not see a revival in Arsenal's fortunes for some while and, as a consequence, we may not find out the true reason for the sudden decline in the Gooners' board. I'm sure we all have our views on the subject, and there can be no harm in our discussing it.

Its not the thread that spurred such deep and meaningful discussion but your behaviour and reasons for starting such threads. I'm seriously hoping you can if possible take on board the post from your fellow spud and from other esteemed members.

There's no rush on the voting, Fosse. People can take their time.

Also, the voting isn't that important. Vote if you want to, but don't feel that you have to. The "vote" is there merely as an adjunct to the overall debate.

Quite bizarre that you think HIAG ran rings around me, when the exact opposite was the case , but I agree that any sense of him being funny died out a long time ago. He's always been prone to losing the plot, as evidenced by the very first time he threatened to call the old bill because i took the piss out of his wum threads on the Spurs boards.

These days though, it's like he's stuck on an endless loop of butt-hurt, writing threads about me, the Arsenal board, how much he hates the mods etc. It was 6 years ago that he was banned from the Arsenal board, he's never been able to move on from that.

Bodi is not alone in that, though, is he?

A vast number of posters on this forum have complimented the old HIAG on the ease with which he used to rip you a new one and hand you your arse with monotonous regularity.

That's part of the reason why people began to refer to it as "a turkey-shoot."

Few will forget my little comedy play-lets, or my now-infamous "masturbating monkey" jibe.
