As previously stated I'd drop Whittaker onto another plane of existence - when defending he often appears to be in his own world anyway - I'd shift Rusty over and give Ryben a chance. If we never play him we will never know what he can do and after Sunday's debacle something has to change. I also felt that whilst MO was good going forward he looked off the pace at the back. The Brady/Jarvis combination seemed to work really well so I'd revert to it. I would also drop Dorrans as I honestly don't see what he gives to the team other than a lack of pace and cover and the odd yellow card. I would go for Ruddy Martin-Ryben-Seb-Brady Redmond-Howson-Tettey-Mulumbu-Jarvis Dieumerci With Wes to come on after an hour for a tiring Mulumbu or booked Tettey to put through the killer ball for M'Bok to cap a tremendous 3-0 victory over the Baggies. I wouldn't be averse to using Redmond from the bench as he has been patchy BUT he is scoring and creating chances and I think that him on the right and Jarvis on the left gives the team width and balance.
Thanks danary, much appreciated - I owe you an apology my post sounded like much of an embarrassing flounce than it was intended! I didn't mean to suggest I was actually threatening to stop posting it was more a general comment about this is why people feel like they shouldn't contribute... Frankly, I think it's more of a punishment making people read my exceptionally long ones.
