Thank you all for the welcome. After 86 years of being a Charlton fan, I can't even be bothered now to check the results of our matches. That is the general apathy I have now for Charlton, due to her incompetence.
The CEO has become invisible. Presumably she's still there, doing something or other. But her continued silence has done a lot to silence the protests too. You could interpret this as a success by the PR firm.
The (costly)PR bods will class this as a success, and rightly so. I bet squirrel face is fuming though that she is getting zero publicity now. She is comedy gold, I do love it when she opens her beak and puts her size 10's in it.
She's still doing the occasional charity event photo op, and playing hostess to invited groups of fans who enjoy feeling more important than your average Charlton supporter, because they've been lied to in person in a nice conference room, with complimentary refreshments (presumably).
Some people can be easily bought because they are not intelligent enough to realise that they are being used. A couple of Vol au Vents and a soft drink.
As I have always said, she had never heard of us before she came, and when her pointy nose leaves she will never set foot in a SE7 postcode again.
And that day still cannot come soon enough 4 good wins won't disguise 3 years of wilful arrogance & destruction.
Amazing how all the happiness over on Charlton Life after a good start. Whatever happens on the pitch does not disguise the shortcomings off it.
