the honest truth is i think he's a bit of a benteke. both are similar and suit the english league but both look like they don't have the real technical ability to be "top top" players.

He's good but falling over the ball v lfc showed he is still young and uncouth. needs work....

He's only 20 & already has 18 moths experience in the top league in Europe, with a scoring record of 1 in 2 away from Chelsea. The lad is class & even when he's not scoring is creating havoc amongst the opposition back line & creating space for others

P.s stick your neg rep up your fat arse astro you ****ing pathetic plastic pleb

He seems a bit #onefooted too when he's got the ball at his feet

  4. Can't see this going down too well with most on here, but I'd swap Sturridge for Lukaku.

i would be happy with him in the team, but not instead of Sturridge, him and Luis work well, no guarantees Lukaku would, all 3 be nice to see though.

Lukaku more suited to a long ball team IMO. I don't think he could handle our passing game, he'd look more out of place than Andy Carroll.

Not with the way we play. Sturridge is far more technical for the quick link ups we do up top.

Lukaku's a great player though, and I'd love him in the squad, but he wouldn't start with our style.

  9. I reckon you could put just aboutany player next to Suarez and it would work well <laugh>

Sturridge has been great but his velcro boots frustrate me. Plus Lukaku would provide a much needed physical presence too. Better injury record as well.

  10. I agree with the style of play comments BTW but was passing my opinion rather than second guessing BR <ok>

Imagine how amazing our passing would be if we'd kept Spearo as a midfield dynamo behind Suarez, Coutinho and Sturridge <yikes>

Maybe not Carroll though...he'd look **** next to Suarez. Unless he's like an NFL blocker

the lads not class. he's good. there's nothing wrong with being called good. He's got good movement, runs a lot and does create havoc for defenses just to pick up but he's not great on the ball and looks bambi on ice at times. like i said suits the english league but is not going to be a technically excellent player.

You should know a technically excellent player. you have the best one of his generation at your club (no not barry you numpty.. barkley)

I'd not mind the blue blinkers but the lad is not even your player and won't be.... he's good... so is benteke. they are as good as welbeck any day but sturridge? maybe, more powerful yes... as good on the ball no... is sturridge a top top player... no.

as for ebing 20... big whoop. barkley is only 20 too but i can see he's the best english player of that age by a mile.

You haven't watched the lad first hand for 6 months & seen his work rate. & intelligent running therefore your opinion isn't worth a ****

So do you follow every Liverpool game or is your opinion on our players worthless as well?
