Not a businessman, a scout basically. Grayson has made some good signings and has an average record overall (which is bloody good when you consider how much money he's getting), but we need to scour the lower leagues better, look at Scotland and perhaps to Europe, and certainly stop the obsession with loanees and people like Andy Keogh who have no end product. I like Grayson and stick by my words the other day that he's the best thing to happen to Leeds in years, but we could do better in the transfer market - especially if we follow the successful model West Brom have used with Dan Ashworth in charge of transfers for them. <ok>

None of this is to say Grayson shouldn't be able to have some input, just not the final say.

Grayson should not be sacked halfway through the season unless we are looking at relegation which obviously we are not so he should not be sacked, simple as that. He could use some funds in Janaury but its hard to see where he is going to spend it and whether he is going to waste it. Grayson seriously frustrates me with his team choices, I was not there and have not seen the game so its hard to comment but i can still see who we play when we play well, he drops people for stupid reasons and his subs are almost always like for like. If he wants the team performing again all he does is try something he hasnt before, its ridiculous.

He doesnt know what team he wants to play, and he has no answer to howson being injured which he shoulda done regardless of anything else

I would have thought Howson missing would be a great opportunity to see what Nunez can do. Afterall, he did sign him up for 4 years.

The time is right too change it now, to salvage the season.

3 years and nothing has changed

Still no style of play, it's just lump it or hope snoddy does something

It is utterly dreadful to watch this season, and its been like that for ages

There no direction from Grayson, no plan, one minute he's saying he's needs experience and then it all changes

Th scattergun approach of bring as many players you can in and hope one or two work, will not get you promoted

He's a constant liar, these days just bullshitting all the time

We've got to be proactive and change it now

Sounds harsh but leave it too late and it's gunna set the club back

    I called for Grayson to be given funds at the start of the season, now I fear he would waste them. Picking on a few points I agree with from previous posts;

    1) We sign Brown he plays a couple of matches we drop him give Nunez a 4 year contract Howson gets injured and Brown is a fixture in the starting 11?
    2) We sign Pugh on loan when we have Nunez and Sam waiting in the wings, okay we might be going for Pugh long term but I agree with Liw a scatter gun approach
    3) We sign Forssell when we have Somma coming back, Keough on loan, McCormack and Becchio

AOB, Bruce, O'Dea, Rachbuka, Parker, Bromby, Bessone, Paynter, Kilkenny - I have to question all these players in a Leeds shirt over the past 12 months

    1) Brown was class against Forest and has dramatically improved since Southampton while Nunez has continually disappointed me. He takes 1/2 a year to get ready to take a shot and when he does take a shot they're usually dreadful (Man U, Barnsley ect). Not only that he can't keep the ball for sh*t, he's not cut out for English football, maybe we should sell him to a Spanish club.

    2) Nunez & Sam bring no defensive ability to the game and can't become full backs like Pugh meaning we lose the ability for Aidy white to go forward (which he does remarkably well). Gradel helped the full backs out unlike Sam and Nunez.

    3) At the time Forssel was signed Somma was out of atleast 6 months, Becchio was injured (I believe) and McCormack was our only decent goalscoring striker.

Andy O'Brein- Played well on loan, no one could predict he would have turned out like this
Bruce- Did have some decent game for us, like Arsenal.
O'Dea- Was getting better before Cardiff
Rachbuka- Played decent under Grayson at Blackpool
Parker- Not really Grayson's fault he's had recurring injury nightmare
Bessone- Decent at Swansea & Charlton, still have no clue why he was shocking with us
Bromby- It actually a good CB, only bad match was really Brighton.
Paynter- Scored more than Beckford in League One, again no one could of predicted his failure.
Killkenny- Good league one, decent low Championship, don't know why you have included him in this list. Bit of a moaner though.

I dont think anyone should be calling for grayson's head but i do see alot wrong with alot of things he does. To me, it seems he does the things the majority of the fans want him to do rather than doing the things that will push the club forward.

Not being funny but he doesnt know what he wants to play, he keeps changing it. He doesnt know his strongest team even if everyone is fit. My main issue is if you play 4-4-2 then becchio cant play, but fans want him to. He doesn't partner anyone else very well imo, he is always where you want the other striker, he gets in the way and his link-up play and first touch isn't good enough

I can't believe some are saying give Larry more funds!!! He couldn't pick the winner in a one-horse race.

We have some crap in our squad but I believe someone with better man-management/motivational skills could get better out of what we have got.

He's great at spotting potential and unnoticed talent, but when he goes for established players (Bruce, Bromby, Bessone etc.) they often flop.
