Anyone changed their mind, not that opinions matter really, Cellino was present at Boro and Brian is handing Cellino the ammunition on a plate to get the sack.

He didn't do himself any favours by being so passive and not using subs. Smith after 75 was too late and Dom should have replaced Kebe, but most of all Brown should have started in central midfield.

Not sure I understand the bench selection... Hunt and Ross start, if Ross doesn't score we don't win and now he is team captain he isn't going to be substituted... Smith was always going to come on and once again Dom is an unused sub.

The other week we started 4-5-1 with Diouf, Smith and Dom on the bench, Dom is never going to get a game, ship him out or loan him off if he isn't considered good enough.

We don't see Diouf all season then he is on the bench considered ahead of Dom and two weeks later he can't even make the bench again.

Surely you have your best 11 then your next 6 on the bench, how does a player not get a chance to play coming off the bench then the following week a player who can't get on that bench leap frogs you for a start?

Simple answer is YES. We are no better than last season, dress it up any way you want. Rubbish signings tactics etc. Awful to watch in every game. He's had a full season and brings nothing to the party

Don`t know why lots were so bothered when he got sacked in the first place, we are still a poor outfit and he seems unable to change tactics when needed. Face the facts, we had our best result when he was sacked 5-1! New blood is needed now!

Says a lot when we we 'should have started' with a 37yo. I missed the whole thing as I was working. What happened?

    Didn't McDermott select the side?

Yes I think he did select the side but it goes to show they tried because he was sacked, he comes back and it goes back to abject performances, no effort!

I'm starting to think; if Cellino intends on sacking McD then we should do it now so a new manager can learn the team. Personally, though, if i was the owner of Leeds I would give McD another year.

I wouldn't give him another week. He's had almost a year. Long enough to prove he's not up to managing a club the size of Leeds

Won't take much to learn about our team, will it? They're all crap, with very, very few exceptions. Anyway, it will be Cellino making these decisions anyway, it would appear. I strongly suspect that he's already got a huge 'get rid' list, and a 'sign Italian' list to match.

Last season we had constant whinging about warnocks awful style of football and when McD arrived, the prophets spoke of how much better we'd be, no more hoofball etc. can someone please tell me where is the difference. I think we may actually be worse or certainly as bad as last year

We are slightly better than last year with the ball. But the fact we don't close down and tackle is a huge issue. BeeMacDee seems to confuse football with basketball. I want lees players to fight, put a shift in and be dropped when they finish a game without sweating and in kit that is spotlessly clean. Kebe take note!

This is mcds comment after yesterday's game
Speaking to LUTV, McDermott said, "I don`t look at it as two points lost. We have had enough negativity around the place recently so it was a positive point.

"I focus on the clean sheet. Jack (Butland) made a couple of really good saves and we had a chance with Jimmy`s (Kebe) header.

"It is good clean sheet at Middlesbrough; they don`t lose many here so we focus on the positives."

McD is deluded if he can find anything positive from that fiasco. His post match rubbish is becoming irritating at this point
