i think kenny would have been a dangerous appointment for the cowboys personally as he had the backing of the fans and the respect and love from us, roy didnt and he was more an ass licker to the club not the fans. so he would have rocked the boat as far as they was concerned as he loved the club as much as we did and not stood for their ****e.

Who could be a good DoF? Who could improve coaches, scouting and transfers?

Any DoF has to have a similar idea of football to Rodgers.

This season has proved that any new signings have to fit Rodgers vision. Balotelli didnt and it not only ruined Balotelli's game but also team mates. It broke the flow.

On the other hand Rodgers clearly struggles when it comes to signings defensive players. He needs help there.
