    Seeing as the reason City won the league last season and we got top 4 this season was all bcos of liverpool dropping points, he might get that right next season. Results like the drubbing yesterday will be a thing of the past and Rodgers will lead Livpl to a league title based on the last 8 games of the season?

    Liverpool need a striker and a central midfielder. Brendan needs to go to the board and demand £50million to get Peter Crouch and Charlie Adams signed up ASAP.

    No, I doubt he will or many other rival fans either.

    He had lots of money, a truly world class player in his prime and a weak league, yet still couldn't deliver success.
