Did you know you haven't won a Premier League game without Ramires this season? That might be the big problem e.g. having someone to fill his boots when he's injured.

André Vilas Boas isn't the one to blame.
The ones to blame are the ones who ply their trade for you on the field.
Not all of them mind, but the ones with the inflated ego's. I'm sure you know who I am talking about.

All the time Boas continues to play, Bosingwa and Malouda... Its his fault. When he feels like making a moronic sub, its his fault.

And his stupid decisions probably de moralise the whole squad, so yeah its his fault.

You may well be right, but I can't help thinking that NO ONE could be that dumb !! Suspect there's the dead hand of a certain owner involved. Trouble is , we never really know because of the "banknote curtain " that shields management from scrutiny.

you should of never got rid of carlo, you would not be where you are, leave the manager for 4-5 years, a.v.b a to big a job for a novice, he might come good but he will be gone by the end of the season, then what? back to the drawing board, you need someone like harry, roman is playing a part in your success and could play a part in your downfall

He has the ability to do a great job.. Just not with the back seat drivers and inflated egos in the squad who think they probably know better.

Judge him on next season when he clears out the spanners ruining the club.

I agree Carlo was worth another year. We had been dire most of last season to (barring a good run of results at the start and season run in) but 2nd doesn't look quite the failure now!!

If Carol hadn't turned it around we'd be no worse off than we are now and wouldn't have had to pay him off either, as his contact would have expired this summer. Now it looks like we'll have to pay yet another manager off and it all starts again.

I think AVB has lost parts of the dressing room but has shown he can be ruthless with Anelka and Alex being sold and the likes of Lampard and Drogba being benched for long periods. Maybe he needs another year to mould the squad in his image. If he has to bring on Malouda to change games then clearly the squad needs some work!!

Also, least our expectations will have been severely lowered for next year as opposed to coming 2nd the year after the double and it seeming like a bad year!!
