Is anyone starting to get pissed off with Enrique?

    I'm expecting Enrique to leave, it's all becoming a bit of a tiresome saga now. His attitude on the pitch has definitely changed, he seems to be raising his public profile quite a lot to, and quite frankly I have found his statements to be a bit open ended. He definitely doesn't want to burn his bridges in case the big offer doesn't happen. I can't compare it to the AC saga, that to me was out the blue and unexpected, put aside local lad etc. it was the renewal of his contract only 3 or so months prior. That incident alone totally changed my thinking of things, contracts mean nothing, just there to bump up fees when players do jump ship.
    Liverpool have just payed a fortune for AC, they're doing just fine without him by all appearances many of the supporters thought it was way over the odds for an unproven striker we'll just have to wait and see.

    As someone said earlier: If he came out and said he was staying, then left he would be a liar etc etc, if he said he was leaving he'd be the biggest **** under the sun.

    Maybe, just maybe he doesn't know himself.

    I do think he will leave, bigger fool him missing out on an FA Cup, Premier League double winning team.

    Also Enrique hasnt actually said much at all, just different papers twist the same quotes to make different stories. You can use what he's said to say he's happy here or he wants out, he's only actually done 2 or 3 interviews, all saying the same thing.

    Maybe he thinks he'll stay but can't be 100% sure whether he's staying or not, and doesn't want to end up with a situation where the fans feel betrayed and let down, like what happened when Andy Carroll left.
