To be fair on Docherty, League One is an improvement on the SPL I'm willing to give McCann, even though he doesn't deserve one because he should not be here, another chance should things continue to improve. The Allams, however, can piss off. At the same time - assuming that everything has turned around based on three games is way too short a time to decide that everything is hunky dory (especially considering one of those games, against Sunderland, we were ****e, which people have quickly forgot). As I've said several times, if we're still going like this in a month or so, then sure. But after three games? That's ridiculous - that's like when teams go on about already winning the league by the end of August only to finish in 7th.

So in answer to the original question. Winning games, for most but not all that will be enough to forget all the previous wrong doings. It's wrong but it's right.

My mum passed during our 2007/8 promotion season via playoffs. Dad died during 2015/16 promotion season via play offs. Neither were massive City fans but it meant both were emotional days out at Wembley and wishing they could have seen it. The concern is I have run out of parents.
