If he was going to go with something radical, that wasn't it.

Ward, who was great on monday was brutal tonight, should have came off for McClean. Pushed McGeady inside and got him on the ball more and allowed Mc\Clean to raid from deep. That wouldn't have been countered immediately so maybe something might have come from it.


Croatia were well the better side though.

I agree, they would have Dunne it anyway. We couldn't Ward them off as they went through us like Andrews liver salts. The thing is, we have what we have. There can be know Whelan and dealing in the transfer market. The players have to be extra Keane in the next match
